  "Overall it felt more like a beautiful but cheap holiday camp for old folks and not a 4 star hotel. " (108161010)

  The hotel is in an excellent location and is new, spacious and clean.

  Had to wait an hour to get a key for the minibar... which cost €10 and only had 2 bottles of water and 4 cans of juice? A kettle and cups were provided but no complimentary coffee or tea?. A questionaire review was provided with no pen. Hotel Parking costs €7-12 per day! Breakfast was pretty tasteless... even the fruit!

  "I have stayed in many hotels throughout Spain (numbering in the hundreds) from a hostal which cost €9 a night (2006) and included a free beer at the bar, through to the Parador in Santiago at the same time that the King and Queen of Spain were there. Everywhere, the staff have been helpful, friendly, and considerate. Except here." (107720743)

  Location

  Absolutely everything is extra or missing: €20 to use the safe for one night (or up to a week). There is a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. €10 to open the minibar. The water in the taps is undrinkable in the hotel, but fine everywhere else. You have to leave a €30 deposit even to use the phone. The cleaning staff walk in unannounced at any time of the day (9.20 and 10.55 on my last day). The cleaning staff consistently left the balcony door unlocked and open despite a written request (in Spanish) taped to the door. The air-conditioning had a choice of 'permanently blow hot' and 'off' When I tried to complain, the receptionist failed to get the manager after promising that she would see me, and when I finally got to see the manager I was offered an internal complaints form and they refused to give me an 'hoja de recamaciones' (official complaints form) despite repeated requests.

  "overall quite impressed,and have some friends stopping with you in a few weeks time. thank you for your service" (99779331)

  the view was excelent,the hotel was very well presented.

  we found a slight dissapointment with the food,breakfast imparticular.
