"overall enjoyed and staff helpful" (107886603)
initially booked a single room but for me it was not good. therefore i changed to a room with sea view and balcony which was far better. the plumbing in the bathromm needs overhauling, the first day there was no hot water and i had to attend a business meeting without having had a bath or thorough clean and un able to wash hair as i only had cold water. to be fair the hotel were working on the problem straight away and by evening it was solved- but didnt help me for the day! on the same line, there seems to be no regulator on the hot tap - which i was able to deal with, - however a disabled person or somone in a rush may not check this and end up being injured ( I only mention this because this happened in my work situation when a disabled man actualy burned himself - prob if they are in the bath and then top up and cant then get to switch the tap off)worth thinking about

Great sea view from room (supplement). Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced drinks at bar. Basic snacks that were also reasonably priced (ripped off by nearby backstreet bar). Handy for airport and Dos Mares shopping centre. Quiet location. Free internet in lobby.
Hotel needs refurbishment. A little down at heel. Dated. Parking at the hotel is expensive (8 euro per night). On street parking is difficult to find. Many narrow streets nearby. Basic breakfast.

tiny room, cramped, tiny tv hanging from the ceiling, high up.

Food and service excellant
as per my e.mail, 7 very steep steps only acccess from main road, no wheelchair access what so ever and only 1 person offered help, fortunately my husband could just about walk up the stairs but for me to get backwards up the stairs with a wheelchair was very difficult,nearing on impossible.

The breakfast provided was very good for choice and quality.
The tap in the bathroom was loose. The TV was badly situated and easy to walk into.

Very friendly and polite staff, clean room with a fantastic view.
A kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be preferable. Wifi access was not available in my room (no signal) so had to use my laptop in reception.

"The hotel is right on the front, with lovely views across the Mar Menor. Staff are friendly and very helpful, and are happy to deal with any requests. The self service breakfast has a good choice of options in a pleasant setting. The hotel is fairly easy to find from the airport, there are useful local maps/plans of the area available in the hotel reception. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby." (97050472)

"The booking in times where very resticktive ie up to 1800 hrs. But when i rang the hotel direct there was no problem,I nearly dident book becouse of this restricktion." (97548901)
I booked a sea veiw room, it was a veiw to die for.
The beds where a bit hard.

Very helpful reception staff. Very good waiting staff. Good location. Very good value meals.
Sheets not changed during week stay. Room cleaning not good. No tea & coffee facilities.

Very accessible to nature park. Chose to eat evening meal in hotel as well. Excellent quality and service. Wonderful breakfast - I could go on and on even though the weather was awful. Can you do something about that?????
