  Friendly staff, excelent location,

  Booked the hotel because it had a fitness room. That was a joike. Very small room with a destroyed ergometer bike, a few weights and nothing more!!! Leftovers form former guests under my bed. Trays with used dishes in corridor from arrival untill late night.

  The hotel is central

  The hotel is quite shabby and the electics do not work properly in the rooms (the lights fused when I put the kettle on in my room and the hairdryer did not work) when I asked to be moved to a different room I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. Eventually I was moved. Both of the rooms I stayed in were noisey, the first with noise from the street and in the second room I could hear the conversation people were having in the room next door. I felt the photos are completely misleading and clearly were taken some time ago particulary in the rooms and the swimming pool area. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

  "The hotel is close to the centre, the metro and ammenities. It was modern and bright. We were welcome. The only issue is the late night noise with the windows open and of course security risks that are attendant to this. The wet bathroom was a transient issue.I would stay again." (97030273)

  the facilities were modern and clean. The location was convenient for both transport and activities

  The air con was heat only in winter and fresh air only in summer. as a result the window had to be open at night and the noise was then a bit of a nuisance. The shower curtain was non existent. As a result the bathroom was wet a lot of the time. The receptionist said that they were replacing the curtains and that they would send up someone to dry the floor if necessary. A room with a curtain would have beeb better.
