    "Enjoyed a lot, and already looking to book the next trip" (107810463)

    Staff were friendly and helpful, and when advised that the battery in the safe was low, this was dealt with immediately. Tea and coffee facilities within the room made for a better stay

    "The rooms need a rfurb. Energy saving bulbs make rooms feel gloomy Staff not flexible enoufgh to cope with busy check in/out times. Staff attitude mostly good but struggle wit anything out of the ordinary" (97784272)

    location; nearness to public transport, good mannered & prefossional staff

    limited choice of breakfast, missing wholegrain products. Did not like the yoghurs personally.

    The hotel was excellently run by the staff and the service and attitude was very very good, so helpful to your every need

    The only moan is the bath screen seemed quite dangerous as it pushed out only one way, as i am slightly disabled this caused a problem whilst having a bath, as i can not shower at the moment. i think the screen should be able to push both ways. Also just a slight language problem with staff, not enough english speaking sufficiently.

    "Double room booked online but allocated a twin porter contacted the desk and within minutes a double a few doors down was made available No problem but if the hotel had been full maybe a potential problem in the future" (99011112)
