Great location, very near to the airport. The hospitality was overwhelming, never had it like this in 5*hotels!!! The whole day, you could take hot drinks out of the machines for free, coke, fruit, chocolates and all for free!!!!! Even the parking was free!!!
No blanket and extra cushions available. But I could have ask that at the front desk, so my own fault, that it was a little bit fresh during the night!

the hotel was clean, located 5 mins drive from the airport and 5-10 mins walk from metro station (St. Rita).
noisy air-con., not great access to the hotel (by busy road, no zebra crossing), no coffee/tea making facilities, just coffee machine by reception (overpriced and not very nice coffee). and it took me some time to get used to the bathroom...

Check in process was chaotic. We were first allocated rooms that were not ready so were then allocated two different rooms. One of the rooms then had to be changed again because of a defective shower. The check in process took about 40 minutes.

For an overnight stay the hotel was very good value for money. The staff were nice and helpful and the room was clean and well presented.
The onsuite bathroom door would not close. If I was staying for more than one night as a couple, this would be a problem as the hotel room is fairly small so there is no privacy. Also the bathroom glass doors are see through when the bathroom light is on so there really is no bathroom privacy.

"I think the hotel should have taken better care of a well functioning warm water supply (shower). Also somewhat more furniture (closet) in a almost empty room will improve the rating of the hotel at low cost of investment. The approximity of the hotel to the Feria is an advantage with a well functioning pick up service for the Feria." (97463591)
close to the Feria Cevisama. pick up service for the Feria and short (10 minutes) travel time.
