Great Location. Super staff. Attention to detail excellent. Level of professionalism and service far above a 3 star B&B.

Need to have blackout curtains for the summer months.

"Clean, in fact immaculate. Location excellent, only a few minutes from centre. Friendly & knowledgable staff who recommended good resturants & organised our tours for us. Good choice of breakfast,with a mini weather report placed on each table along with a new & interesting fact about Iceland each day! A goodbye note with some chocolates left on our bed on our last night - a nice touch! Tastefully decorated hotel, a high class establishment which proved good value for money." (97017952)

Practically everything!!!

Breakfast finished too early at 9:30-should have been until at least 10:00, especially at weekends. The hotel also had an early checkout of 11:30!
