  cleanliness, continental breakfast

  2 channel on TV worked,many fuzzy Too noisy near front door and next to bath. Room very tiny.

  Very close to downtown Reykjavik. The large apartment was far more affordable for 3 adult couples than other hotels in the area. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast 'at home' instead of going to restaurants. Wireless internet made planing our days much easier.

  A little noisier on the last weekend when a family with young children moved into the apartment over ours - but then, I have lived in apartments that were a lot worse.

  "Very good location, accesable to a lot , but quiet at night." (107509593)

  we appreciated the computer, the staff were very friendly and helpful, receiving packages and messages for us. the rooms were clean. location was very accessible and staff was very accommodating in dropping off large amounts of luggage early

  One member of our 7 , had a bad mattress. Some oil or wd 40 on some of the squaky doors would help a lot.

  "The hotel was adequate but I thought a little too expensive - perhaps this is the correct rate for Iceland (it was my first time in the country). Next time I would choose a different hotel, not because I was disappointed with ths one but for a different experience." (107789349)

  Easy to get to (Flybus+), clean & comfortable, internet PC, washing & drying facilities available for guests to use (a pleasant surprise as I don't remember seeing this on the website). Plenty of food at breakfast. Easy walking distance from the main shopping area.

  Problem with a blocked drain (which had been fixed when I returned for my second visit), washbasin in room (2nd stay) had no plug and TV would not stay on-channel.

  good location, excellent service, clean rooms, good brakfast for international guests, access to internet and telephone, easy to book and find

  The last time we were there the toilets were out of order, but I am sure the staff will get them repaired as fast as posible. We would have prefered black bread and oatmeals for breakfast.

  cheap, nice and helping staff, basic but had everything you need

  smelly room without proper air ventilation. Not so clean toilet (downstairs)

  "Rooms were small, but tidy; facilities were all clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location; I would definitely recommend to a friend." (107630650)

  Location close to Reykjavik sites, but very quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, helped us with dropping off a rental car and info about getting to the airport, etc.
