Active Hotels properties range from small independent properties, including B&Bs and guesthouses, to 5-star quality leisure and corporate hotels throughout Europe.

How do I make a reservation?

Once you have registered for Active Hotels Agent Programme, an Active Hotels representative will take you through the set-up process.

From there you will be able to book any one of our 29,000 hotels with just a few clicks.

What happens when a reservation is cancelled?

For all cancellations on reservations made through Active Hotels, the agent is immediately sent confirmation of cancellation in an email. Please note cancellation charges may apply in accordance with hotel cancellation policies.

How can I monitor my reservations?

Active Hotels gives you access to a comprehensive Reporting Center that provides detailed information on all reservations made by your agency.

When do I get paid for reservations?

Companies using the Active Hotels Agent Programme will receive commission on a 60 day post-checkout basis. Commission must exceed Â£50.00 (or currency equivalent) to do so, otherwise the balance will be carried over to the subsequent month. Recently, Active Hotels has instituted a self-billing procedure whereby we generate the invoice on your behalf.

There is a hotel I regularly book which is not featured on your site. Can you include this hotel in your service?

Yes! We encourage our Agent users to promote our service to the hotels they currently have a relationship with. We do have specific criteria for recruiting hotels (minimum number of rooms, credit cards accepted etc.) but they are quite easy to fulfill.
