  The staff were helpful, rooms are a nice size, breakfast was good, fresh and always filled up. Nice quiet location yet just a short walk to the town centre. Car parking on site unlike some hotels in Turnhout.

  The beds are far too low altho comfortable, I am slightly disabled and found it very hard to get up off of the bed and also the toilet was low. I had asked for a disabled room but didnt get one...or if that was a disabled room then it needs rethinking... Oh breakfast is expensive at 15 Euros per person, 10 euros would be more like the right price.

  The location was the main reason I chose the hotel and for the most part I was very pleased with my stay there.

  I think the hotel staff could have been more up front in communicating things like how to turn the lights on in the room, how to call the desk from the room phone, make sure you know the code to get out of the parking lot. I had to learn each of these on my own and it just would have been nice if they went a little out of there way to make sure their guests are familiar with these things.

  Correct location for my buisness trip. Good location in Turnhout close to bars and shops. Receptionists very helpful.

  Rooms very hot and stuffy but I was given a fan when I asked. The rooms are very dark and gloomy and I was unable to obtain internet access. Breakfast was very limited and expensive at 15 euros.

  We were only sleeping at the hotel, but it met all our needs and we were very comfortable. I appreciated having a bath as I prefer this to a shower, but my husband used the shower. The staff at Reception were very helpful with good English.

  The hotel is at the centre of the town and is great for access to shops and transport.

  We had a room facing the church and the bells sound all night long. This may be a problem for light sleepers like us.

  Clean room, great big bathroom with a very big bath: loved it! As we arrived very late they let us sleep till noon: thank you! Great staff! Mini fridge in the room: usefull! And also water boiler so we could make ourself little coffe or the: nice!

  Comfortable and quiet rooms, free WiFi, free parking, quiet fridge in the room. Very close to the city centre.

  Breakfast is quite expensive.

  Large room, ample parking. Supermarket across the street. Fridge in the room.

  The hotel has obviously seen better times, a bit frayed about the edges. We did not buy the breakfast, 2x more than at other hotels where we stayed this trip. The safe was locked and a call to the front desk was unsuccessful. The fridge was barely working.

  In the lobby there is a computer for free surfing on the internet.

  The rooms are very dated. A lamp was not functioning. Overall very dark room. At my arrival, there was no toilet paper in the room, had to go to the reception to get it. No water pressure in the sink and shower. Breakfast very limited and staff at breakfast did not greet the guests. Unfortunately, there is no decent hotel in Turnhout.

  The room was very clean and smelt very nice, the beds were very comfortable and very well prepared. At night the room was very quiet and we all had a very good sleep. We would recommend your hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Turnhout and we give you 9/10 for quality and price.

  One member of staff on reception gave us a very hard cold stare as we walked past? this is not a complaint but friendlyness, a welcoming nod of the head and a smile costs nothing and would encourage people to stay again in your hotel.

  Cheap & Cheerfull.- value for money. Didn't expect something spectacular, but the beds are good and there's free WIFI and free parking.

  Where was the remote control for my TV? I couldn't find any!
