The Inn At The Roman Forum ligt midden in het historische centrum van Rome, op loopafstand van het Colosseum en het Forum Romanum, en ook in het pand zelf zijn ruïnes te zien.

De luxe en moderne kamers van The Inn zijn voorzien van een flatscreen-tv en een iPod-dock.

Op het dakterras, dat een adembenemend uitzicht over Rome biedt, wordt een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet geserveerd. Het ontbijt kan ook in de lounge worden geserveerd.

  Met name het personeel van de receptie zijn zeer professioneel, en behulpzaam. Zeker de dame die s'-avonds aanwezig was. Allen zijn vriendelijk! Iedere dag schoon beddengoed, heerlijk luxe. Rustig hotel, echt SLH!

  Het enige is dat in de ontbijtruimtes lage tafels en stoelen staan, je zit dus eigenlijk in elkaar! Vonden wij niet zo prettig. En voorafgaand onze boeking dat de junior suite overboekt was, wij hebben dus gekozen voor 5 nachten in een kamer.

  The service was excellent, the location perfect, the hotel very clean and the decor a pleasant mix of modern and ancient Roman. We very much enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again. The rate was very good for a property with these features.

  Everything was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was in the perfect location. The best part of the Inn was the service. The staff was amazing, from checking in to checking out!

  The location was very good. The lounge was very cosy and the terrace and roof garden beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

  There was a bit of an odd smell from the bathroom. On the first night it permeated the bedroom. Not sure if there is some ancient drainage problem. It was fine in the bedroom if we kept the bathroom door shut.

  This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable - luxurious. The bed is massive, as is the flat screen tv and the bathroom is well designed. Staff are very pleasant and the location is perfect. This is a hidden gem. Small, with a lovely local feel. Good restaurants nearby and the roman forum and Coluseum 2 minutes walk away. Minor criticism is perhaps they could do with one or two more staff.

  Friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff. Exactly what we were looking for for a weekend break. Clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet.

  Only one criticism: The evening bar/buffet said it ran from 17h to 20h. We arrived at 18h and most of the food had gone and there was no-one serving drinks. Not a big issue at all but a little disappointing.

  Location -- excellent, decor of the room and the roof-garden -- very nice, staff -- very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants close by and most of the sights of Rome are within walking distance. I would pick this hotel again for my next trip to Rome.

  This is the true charm hotel. It is small and cosy and you cannot not fall in love with the terrace and garden in the rooftop (even if one can enjoy the view over the city while sitting). The mattress was superb and the even if the room was facing the street, it was very quiet. The location just behind the Mercato Traiano is just perfect.

  The breakfast buffet was not particularly rich or at least as rich as one would expect from such a hotel.

  A bit dissappointing, reception was just a building site, there was no restaurant or bar, plumbing was noisey and leaked, breakfast was awful;we wouldn't stay again.

  A well located and friendly hotel with a lovely seating area, terrace, garden and its very own Roman Ruins. Breakfast, tea and happy hour snacks are all served in the pleasant and spacious upstairs lounge, which is a nice place to relax after a busy day enjoying Rome. The staff is very helpful and accomodating, especially the concierges, including Hilda, who went out of her way to find us the restaurant we had eaten in on our last trip, whose names and address we'd completely forgotten.

  A slight quibble is the charge for wireless access in the rooms but you can use the laptop in the lobby for free.

  Great location and very helpful staff. The rooms and the building had an esoteric charm in line with its location in historic Rome.

  They have two rooms in an "annex", a building a couple of doors down from the actual hotel which make you feel completely disconnected from the hotel and its services. They should not put you in those rooms without warning you or offering a discounted rate, as it is simply not as good as staying in the proper hotel.

  Decor. Close to ancient Rome and walking distance to other. Comfortable place to return to, especially enjoyed the patio off our room.

  Lovely terrace for breakfast overlooking the Trajan and Roman Forum. Garden is also very lovely. Good breakfast with lovely cappuccino. We decided for an upgrade because we did'nt like the first room, which was in the annex. The new room (nr 402) is great, with private small terrace and access to the garden Location is very good, although in the immediate neighbourhood there is a lack of nice restaurants. Quality of staff differs: Sometimes very good (in general: the ladies, very serviceminded), sometimes not that good

  First room was in the annex. "As we requested a quiet room". This room lacked atmosphere, was very warm and not that quiet at all, because this was a room in a private appartment building. We felt we were put away, and don't think this really is acceptable. It totally lacked the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel. Be aware of this. Furthermore: Roman Police has two annoying hobbies: Flying with helicopters and turning on the sirenes of there cars. Every day this was going on, it seemed a bit superfluous. A bit of Italian hysteria?

  Perfect Location, in the middle of the Old centrum, walking distance to all Major Sights fpor ex Colloseum is 5-10 minutes. We only took the metro 1x to the Vatican (and walked back). Personel was Nice and helpfull, not serviceminded. They are polite and do what you ask, but nothing extra. Breakfest OK, especially for italian standards. Bathproducts where exelent(Muskus and kokos)

  The electronic key didn't work so we had to wait for the personel to come with the masterkey...

  Maginfique proximité des sites: colisée, forum et capitole à 5 mn ! Le métro Cavour est à 5 mn. La terasse est très sympathique (vue sur le capitole et palatin). La chambre était nickel (baignoire jacuzi :) ) et l'hotel est assez calme (malgré des bruits de pas le matin). Au final, le rapport qualité prix est largement respecté!

  Маленький, уютный отель с интересными интерьерами. Находится на возвышенности( идти немного в гору), так что пожилым людям или людям с ограниченными физическими возможностями нужно учитывать сей факт.

  Завтраки не впечатлила ассортиментом. Но может в таких маленьких отелях это и норма)
