The staff's willingness to accommodate our requests, no matter how big or small, further exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction.A special shoutout must go to the hotel manager, Ahmed Abd El Rehim, whose exceptional leadership and hospitality were evident throughout our stay. Ahmed played a pivotal role in enhancing our experience; from assisting us with our room to generously offering a complimentary 3-hour late check-out. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to savor our final moments at the hotel without any rush, adding a cherry on top of our already splendid stay.
