Situated in Ban Phe, 1.3 km from Suan Son Beach, Barong Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The resort is small with only about 8 or so rooms so it’s a very friendly atmosphere. We came for a girls trip and the staff was very nice and accommodating of our many drinks requests and use of the pool the whole weekend. They gave us pâté and limoncello on the house. Pool and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall a great weekend!

Viking Holiday Resort has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Ko Samed. Located around 500 metres from Ao Thian Beach, the resort with free WiFi is also 700 metres away from Ao Wai Beach. Good buffet breakfast and good food. Very friendly, attentive staff that always had a smile. Nice garden and a nice room!

Beautiful Island, peaceful place to relax for a few days. Peacocks walking around. Swimming pool facing the water. Beach is beautiful and food is really good too. Cocktails are great!

Just a few steps away from Ao Klang Beach, Baan Ploy Sea offers room with private balconies. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire residence. We stayed at Baan Ploy Sea for two nights, in a jungle view room. The room was spacious and very clean, and very quiet through the night. Probably a better choice than the sea view rooms, which are right next to the little pool where kids start to play early in the morning. The restaurant is great, clearly one of the best on the island, and breakfast was delicious. Staff is very helpful. The beachfront is clean, and that part of the bay isn't too busy with boats. You can rent a paddle board or kayaks. An extra bonus is the incredibly smooth logistics from mainland to the island and back. If I ever return to Koh Samed, I know where to stay.

We were treated like royalty with exceptional service and hospitality. On (not sure of the spelling) in particular was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beautiful courtyard and gardens were beautifully manicured, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. We enjoyed an excellent western breakfast that was cooked to perfection. The tranquil setting of the hotel allowed us to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated. We originally had only booked one night but ended up staying for 3 nights!

The Swiss owner built the area very nicely. It was our best accommodation in three weeks traveling around Thailand.

Brand new and great location,right next to the beach. Has a small bar and food vendor next door plus a 7/11 just down the road. Staff where amazing always willing to help. Breakfast brought to the room every morning. Rooms where new,large and clean with good wifi. Brilliant place to stay for a peaceful getaway.
