Breakfast service was very good and could not be faulted in any way. The variety on offer could not be surpassed.

Yes it would appear that the decor looked somewhat rather tired. There were cobwebs on the walls in the room we had. There was no hot water from the taps but thankfully the shower worked. Could do with kingsize douvets on the beds. Also the topsheets are double and should be kingsize. The complimentary tea and coffee were rather inadequate and should be increased and biscuits could be dispensed with and the toiletries were of very poor standard and have had better at a pub B & B in England.

Overall: I think the hotel is very expensive for what it is and I would not stay there again.  (108507488)

Reception staff very helpful and childrens activity goody box given to our 4yr old upon arrival. A complimentary upgrade given too.

The only bad point i have to make is that the duvet cover had not been changed as we did find pubic hairs on it from the previous guests.

Overall: Newbly refurbished guest room with designer bathroom was to our tast.  (108521509)

Restaurant looks unexciting.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
