We found the room to be very clean and the bed was excellent in size and comfort. Excellent room with t.v cd player and an i pod docking station which i was unaware of till i got there. I will Know to bring my cds and i pod when i return on the 17th Oct for my stay there.
Have none was an excellent hotel and very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, great staff, good location
Only minor things that could od with attention:
Room service food from the restaurant was adequate, but not as good as you'd expect from such a high-class hotel (however there are plenty of good bars and restaurants in the immediate area). There was a minor booking cockup - the booking was made by me, in my name, with an additional second guest(we double-checked this afterwards, the main booking and first room on activehotels were definitely in my name); for some reason the hotel had no booking in my name but two in the name of the second guest.
My room had no bath, only a shower; my colleague had to move rooms because his shower didn't work (though he had a bath in his room!)
Overall: Overall this is a great hotel in a great location with first class staff and nice rooms with good facilities. (107336993)

Wonderful comfy bed! Nice shower with special shower head - the best I had all my holiday.
V. noisy due to open space under door. i could hear every cupboard slam shut, talking in the halls and a pounding sound that made me wonder if there was construction nearby. Luckily I have a noise masking machine I always travel with that makes "white" noise to drown out other sounds. I could also hear every word of my neoghbor's tv and had to turn my up to drown theirs out.
Overall: Excellent location, lovely room, helpful staff and a good value. I felt pampered and special with the comfortable surroundings. (107359195)
