Overall: I did like the accomodation. It was extremely clean but only one heater for one of the rooms. It was a very cold night so we all slept in one room as it was the only one with a heater. However, we did like the lay-out and the staff were extremely helpful and courtious. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience. How do I add a rating?Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question. How do you manage to collect so many ratings?48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
