Light bulbs didn't work. Air con/heating controls held together with sticky tape and masking tape, door support held together with masking tape. Some other guests glasses still in the room when I went in.
Overall: Great staff, good public areas, poor & disappointing room. I had even upgraded to a superior room too! (108535012)

Friendly, obliging staff, clean, nice room, very good value for money.
The online booking process was fine but when I arrived, the hotel said payment had not been processed so they wanted me to pay on the spot. No internet vouchers (hotel had run out) but they let me use a computer in their office to get my emails. This was frustrating.
Overall: Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. (108437194)

High standard of decor. Beds very comfortable,. Staff very friendly and helpful with ideas for things to do in the city.
Location for walking into town -distance was okay. Temperature of water in shower was a bit cool for some of our party.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others who don't mind being located in the suburbs. (107429208)

Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Food was quickly served, nice, and hot. The room was immaculate and the whole place gave a sense of everything being spot on and well thought through.
