Outstandingly good restaurant. Beautiful & extensive grounds.
Difficult to describe how unfriendly the receptionist was - she gave out information as if she was reading us our rights!
Overall: We booked for just one night but this hotel is mostly time-share. It has excellent facilities and would make a great base from which to visit the New Forest and surrounding area. (107536508)
Excellent room and good leisure facilities. A problem with the shower was fixed straight away.
Furnishings in the main reception area seemed shabby.Breakfasts were very good but staff seemed disorganised when busy as did not replenish buffet until reminded several times.
Dinner in the restaurant excellent but irritating that the fixed price menu had several items that a were extra cost.

We did not see the Hotel at iys best at Check In as the weather was horrendous and we got soaked going yo our room!, but the room was fine the staff delightful and the breakfast excellent
