Good location in museum quarter.

Extremely expensive for very low quality. Have stayed in much better places for less than half the cost of this hotel.

Overall: Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.  (107257159)

The bus that goes to the airport directly picks up behind the hotel

The wireless access was unavailable. The rooms had two bunk bed, not a double bed as advertized. The rooms were excessively small. The reception staff were short with me originally. I could devote more time to this section, but won't. Overall, I disliked the whole experience.

Overall: The whole experience was poor. The claims on the internet at booking time were very incorrect. Some things were misleading, while others were just not correct. The double bed was actually two bunk beds, the room could not have been smaller, and the whole feel of the place was more of a budget hostel. The only difference from this hotel and a hostel was the price. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would deter friends from staying there. If I had been staying longer than one night, I would have changed hotels and taken a loss on this hotel.  (99021018)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
