very thick dust on skirting boards, chairs, and some shelves in bedrooms and lounge area. Towels old and worn.

Attitude of staff. Food and leisure facilites.

Misinformed about which type of room we were booking. Room type changed without our consent. Final room unsuitable and little effort made to rectify this.

Fantastic location with beautiful outlook. Quality of food and service in resturant was really high - it really is right up there with the best we have experienced!

Thought the hotel could do with a little bit of a face-lift. Room was clean but lacked real quality.

Overall: Will without question stay again and would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to family and friends.  (97188942)

Good food,excellent Spa facilities great location

Cramped room, no lift to other floors, lack of information on hotel procedures and facilities

Overall: A reasonible hotel for the money could do with updating. We found the food of good quality and a good choice on menus.Restaurant staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Although our room was on the small side it was adequate for a short stay. All rooms had harbour views. Spa facilities are excellent. Only downside was the lack of a lift to our room and the long distance we had to haul our luggage from the main check in desk, this could be a problem for the less able bodied.  (97259784)
