helpful staff, good evening meal, pleasant clean room

No milk, little coffee/tea in room. Breakfast serving staff not entirely awake.

Overall: A nice hotel, with some really good staff, especially on reception, and an excellent and very reasonable evening meal (although we did go for the dish of the day rather than off the menu). However, breakfast staff were keen NOT to provide more than 1 cup of coffee,or anything other than the bare minimum of service which, as tea and coffee supplies in the room had been rather restricted ,was disappointing.  (108329818)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
