Terific views, spacious lodge near waterside, friendly and accommodating manager. Well equipped kitchen, big screen with Sky TV, comfy sofas and beds.
The hot tub wasn't working.
Overall: We were upgraded to a lodge as the hotel had just suffered a water tank leak and all rooms were undergoing refurbishment but the lodge was great, right on the banks of Loch Lomond. We were also supplied with all the ingredients for hearty breakfasts.

Nice room, lovely view of the loch and very warm and helpful staff. Will definitely go back.

Hotel was clean and well run. Staff were polite and very helpfull. The hotel itself has good character and log fire set a lovely tone to the bar
Very little to say on this point. Perhaps the tv channel availability and the radio could be upgraded.
Overall: A very relaxing stay which was helped by the curteous staff and the general atmosphere of the hotel. Two minutes from the Ben Lomond path, what more do you need.
