Fast and efficient service with a smile. room in good order.

we ordered an evening meal which took a very long time so we contacted reception. the order had not been put through to the kitchen. the receptionist was excellent and gave us a free drink and a discount. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows

On leaving, we went to reception to pay the bill. We queried 2 items on the bill and apparently they had been put on the wrong bill. Ammount deducted but no apology given!!!!!!!!!

Excellent room, clean and very comfortable. Attentive, helpful and thoroughly professional staff.

Very popular as a wedding reception venue and sometimes wedding guests can be wee bit lively!

Overall: Most enjoyable. We visit Derry regularly and have stayed at the Everglades many times. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Everglades Hotel.  (107945068)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
