Great staff in bar and restaurant and on the desk Great manager who dealt with us very well Great food served brilliantly

Housekeeping wasn't brilliant. We weren't left tea or milk on most days and the beds were't made very well. It seemed skimped.

I could not fault this hotel at all, and we're already discussing when we can go back! The main area in which they excelled was the performace of the staff - each and every individual was extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome; definitely the best service I've ever experienced.

Overall: First class service in a wonderful hotel - clean, spacious room, lovely views, reasonably priced and excellent food (we only ate breakfast there, but it was fantastic!)  (107504714)
