Your booking process was shambolic.You confirmed a second room as booked but the hotel didnt have one and I had to sort out direct.Even then there was total confusion on check out.

Lovely, well-kept room, and you couldn't ask for friendlier staff.

Could have done with a shower curtain, but that's all.

spacious , very comfortable room.Staff exremely helpful. Parking adequate in the car park, - on street very busy. Restaurant well appointed. Meals good quality

TV remote not working. Only four channels available

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
