Beautiful location, friendly staff, lovely room, excellent inclusive full English breakfast.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and will find a way to stay again.

Overall: As I left I was regretting that this had only been one over-night stay. I wanted to explore the grounds and take in the view that my (standard) room enjoyed from its veranda overlooking the lake. Lovely.  (108465581)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
