Very friendly and helpful hoteliers. Good information on eating out and taxis. Hotel beautifully decorated. Good traditional breakfasts.
Would have liked to know that evening meals were not available every weekend when booking.
Overall: My daughter and I arrived early and were made to feel most welcome and had immediate access to our room. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our double room was very comfortable with all the neccessary extras eg. tea, coffee, hot chocolate, hair drier, etc. The lounge was very welcoming and the hotel was comfortably heated. We had a lovely time in Ilfracombe and would definately stay again as the hotel is within walking distance of the dock and main town facilities. (1536360)

Excellent and delicious breakfast.
Overall: Excellent would definately recommend it. Although is up a hill which is great for views but not so graet for less able. (108268281)

The owners were VERY nice and helpful. They gave advise on which nice places (and also restaurants) are worth a visit and how to reach them, provided maps and bus schedules and even booked a car for us for very good conditions. The hotel is very lovely and you feel at home immediately. You have a great view even from rooms not facing the sea. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal for walking. The Towers is at the edge of Ilfracombe, which is good as you don't hear any noise from cars or people. It's only 10 min walk from the harbor and the town center.
Found no bad points, everything was just perfect!

Extremely pleased with this accomodation. Fabulous views from the room. Very friendly and helpful owner. Good breakfast. Facilites excellent, bathroom in the tower was very spacious and provided high quality towels and toiletries. I would recommend this hotel to others and will return there myself.
Overall: Idealy situated within walking distance of the harbour, town and good restaurants. (107634273)

Very clean accommodation and very well presented and tasty breakfast
On arrival I was advised that there would be an additional charge of £5 per person because of only staying one night. This fact did not appear on page 1 of the summary sheet, but was contained further on in the narrative. I feel that in fairness to the owner and to prospective guests that this infomration should be clearly displayed as part of the total booking cost, on page 1. Such a price difference would have materially influenced my decision to book. Having made firm obection to the proposed cost, the owner agreed not to make the £10 additional charge
