Welcoming staff. Good sized, comfortable room. Clean facilities. Resaturant on site. Good value for overnight stay, car parking and transport to airport, 24 hour service. Excellent food and service in adjoining Indian restaurant.

Little things such as one cup missing from room on 22/10 and some of milk provided for tea/coffee in room on 29/10 was off. Shower poor due to low water pressure. Noisy people at night. Walls must be quite thin. We also stayed on return from the airport and in the early hours someone, ? a member of staff, banged a bedroom door shut and proceded to make telephone calls, talking in a loud voice for a long time, and we could hear every word ( good thing it was in a different language). Not very thoughtful towards other guests who were asleep. Transport from airport delayed on return we ended up waiting almost an hour. Also web site advertising free transfers to airport, but actually cost £3.50 per person each way. This is still fair, but different to that advertised.

Overall: Over all, adequate for an overnight stay and close to airport. Good restaurant attached.  (108169394)

Clean and warm, staff polite and welcoming.

The only problem we had was when we returned and phoned the hotel to collect us they said they would be with us in 15 mins they didn't arrive after 45mins so we rang again and they seemed confused as to whether anyone had already been and gone or whether they were on their way, he made out the cab was on the way as he had just spoken to him on his mobile, and would be with us soon, the cab came after 10 mins and said he had only just been called to collect us. So a big mix up which made us wait over an hour in bay 36 in the cold!!

Overall: Apart from the cab back to the hotel everything was fine.  (108921713)

Staff excellent. As restaurant not open they offered food to be brought in. Friendly, helpful people.

No hot water in bathroom in the morning. One of the bedside lights would not turn off so we had to take the card out of the elec slot. In the morning when alarm went off, we awoke with a jump and could not find the elec card (it had fallen to the floor) so it took some time to locate it to put it in the slot so we could have the light on and see to turn off the alarm !! NOT a good start to a very long day. Bed also extremely uncomfortable (Very hard !)

Overall: It could have been better but the staff were so friendly and eager to please that I did not have the heart to complain to them. We booked to be near the airport and to have our car parked for the duration of our holiday. It was only for one night. If my stay was to be longer then I would not have been very happy with my choice of Hotel  (108374671)
