comfortable hotel with excellent facilities while maintaining intimacy of a family business/b and b type personal attention

only minor complaint was that car parking appeared limited and although other parking was available nearby did not have the security of parking on site.was not a problem on this occasion as one space left in hotel car park when we arrived and were leaving next morning

Great location,friendly staff and very good evening meal

Heating and hot water in the single room we booked didn't work. Staff tried to fix it but couldn't, but offered a move and/or hot water bottles.

Overall: Apart from the above, hotel was very good and we would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ayr.  (107606638)

Only fault we could find - and what a small fault it was - was the breakfast - could have possibly been a wider variety of food, yoghurts, rolls etc. Full cooked breakfast was a bit on the sparse side but over all very tasty.

Overall: Can't really fault this hotel at all. Very nice staff and rooms were lovely and clean.  (107191151)
