Large room, first appearance good, nice garden

no proper checkin, basic maintenance required through out room and hotel, staff not available generally and at breakfast - just work it out for yourself, more attentive at checkout

rooms were excellent and of very high standard. excellent food, friendly staff and amazing location. more like a honeymoon/wedding night hotel.

Stunning views gardens and great en suite room, in Regency (?) style

carpet in room is getting a bit tatty

Overall: We stayed here last year en route to Hay Literary Festival and would do so again. The Hotel is on the 'right side' of Hereford and we were made very welcome - veggie breakfast, fresh fruit salad etc. Why stay in an anonymous travel lodge-style place when for the same money you can have character?  (107588064)

Good room, WiFi access, really hot water and radiators.

You may have a problem with hotel reception if you don't have a mobile phone and coverage, that said, I didn't have a problem.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
