Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, particularly the door men. Great location, very near to everything we needed. Excellent bed, the best nights sleep we have had ever!
There wasn't anything bad, if you were being really picky you might say that a more thorough hover was needed. There were some flecks of white paint on the floor.
Overall: Excellent, will definitely be visiting again. (107717876)

It was obvious that the hotel is in a state of transission but this this not impede at all on our stay. The staf were VERY friendly. The decor was lovely and the rooms were very clean. The position was also very good and well sound proofed for such a central spot.
The restaurant was old fashioned for breakfast - but this was understandable for the fact that it was just having a new one fitted. Similarly it only had a small bar in reception but I'm sure this will all be good if its to the same quality as the parts of the hotel already updated.
Overall: Very pleasant - we can't blame you for the rain.... the Hotel was lovely very pleased that we found it. (97188033)

Standard of the Superior room
Overall: Great location for Museums and money has obviously been spent modernising the bar. Some now needs to be spent modernising the rooms, as the standard of the superior room I had, in this 4 star hotel was not comparable to hotels of a similar standing where I have stayed. Not great value for money therefore! (99310369)
