well presented public rooms, good staff, good location,looks good,good food,

bedroom badly in need of refurbishment

Nice Position

The Bathroom was atrocious.The room VERY small and cramped and redecoration should be considered. Peelimg wall paper . The fittings etc damaged tired and archaic.Some arrangements should be made for FREE parking. Moving the car at 08.00 or 09.00 does not improve a holiday.A coach parked over 6/7 car parkingspaces keeping cars out. This also awoke us at 0730 starting and running the engine. Surely bournemouth has a coachpark. I consider this to be a problem for the Town Council as well as the various hotels. Linen and dirty washing trolleys should NOT be stored on the floor in a narrow a corridor all day This is a danger to people passing and a fire escape hazard . Also not at all atractive. On our last morning the cleaners arrived at BOTH rooms at 0830. One fellow guest likened it to FAULTY TOWERS. The smoking in the front porch and piles of cigarette ends littered round were far from attractive.
