The room was very pleasant, nicely proportioned with pleasant views over the golf course. The heating was good (very important with the weather being what it was) and the bed comfortable. In fact everything was just fine.

Overall: I chose your hotel on the general appearance that it gave on your website. It looked modern and attractive with plenty of space around. Also the description was good. One can never be sure what you are going to get booking this way of course but I can certainly say that this time I got it right I was booking for two couples, (my wife and myself and a friend and his wife) so I was particularly careful to try not to disappoint them. In the event they were very happy with the stay as indeed, so were we. I would like to thank the staff who were very friendly and helpful to us all, and we would like them to know that we would not hesitate to come again.  (97316742)

Location (golf course), space, cleanliness.

The moderate noise from the room above (footsteps, toilet) was very audible.

Overall: When we arrived at the hotel our online booking confirmation was not showing at check-in....better use the telephone. ...also the computer system wouldn't then work. Luckily the hotel was empty so getting a room eventually was possible.  (97894982)

Very comfortable accomodation and wonderful views over the golf course

Overall: I was very impressed with the warm welcome that we received when we checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I personally enjoyed the fact that the rooms were set a little away from the main clubhouse. The views over the course were stunning, whilst the accomodation was superb and we were very comfortable. Set down a quiet country lane, means you have the bonus of feeling very far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. In my opinion a very relaxing, affordable getaway (especially for one who fancies a round of golf).  (97195737)

Friendly staff and a nice area which was accepting of us as a young couple despite being surrounded primarily by more mature guests.

There was a small problem with the room in that we were given a twin room instead of a double bed, although the staff did whatever was possible to fix this.

Overall: The hotel is a little difficult to access if you attempt to walk on foot so it is most advisable to take a taxi from the local supermarket. The golf course appears in good conidition though I personally never took part in any golfing and therefore cannot judge by firsthand experience. Overall it is a wonderful place with friendly staff and guests and large, well-decorated and clean rooms with a good amount of provisions offered with each room (E.g. small soaps, tea/coffee).  (97874383)

Good clean accomodation in a quiet location

Bathroom a little tired

Overall: The accomodation is a couple of miles outside Hereford. Traffic into Hereford in the morning was very heavy. The hotel is not within walking distance of any shops or other facilities. The staff were very attentive and polite. The accomodation is located 50 metres from the main reception/bar/dining area. The views over the surrounding countryside are beautiful.  (97755875)
