The staff were polite and helpful with the reception and bar staff being the best overall. The gardens were excellent especially having direct access to the beach.
In our room the kettle did not work, there was a broken window and only one of the sash windows could be opened. One other could be opened, but because the sash cord had snapped, would not stay open. We had light stains on the sheets and the bathroom could have been dusted more thoroughly.
I had one full breakfast where the bacon was overcooked and chewy, the sausages were overcooked and the scrambled egg was watery.
The only dinner we had in the restaurant was spoiled by two wrong dishes being delivered to our table and the plates were cold.
Overall: We enjoyed the gardens, bar and the easy access to the beach. (108622391)

Staff were always helpful and cheerful.
Overall: Great venue for the wedding we attended especially as it tipped down all day! Hotel had lots of character. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the outside pool but this did not detract from our stay. (107849346)

Lovely quiet room with sea views. The gardens are very pretty and lead to the beach. The leisure facilities are also very good.
Overall: Very enjoyable, we stay at this hotel a few times a year and really enjoy our time there. (107881554)
