Clean, bathroom facilities and tv were good, room had a hairdryer which was helpful. Rooms were not as small as I was expecting from the reviews I read.
Hotel is very close to the Bayswater tube station (right on the circle line which will get you to any tube line you need) and also various yummy restaurants/pubs, so the location was excellent.
nothing really negative, hotel forgot our wake up call once and then never actually apologized, which would have been appreciated. Temperature was a little off in the room, very warm even when we had the heat off, but we just opened a window for sleeping and it was fine.
Also, problems with my credit card going through before we actually left for trip and was only notified via email. I don't check my email every single day but thankfully I did that particular day, since I only had 24 hrs. to fix the situation. The online booking company should call and email at the same time to make sure customers have enough time.

Good location and adequate accommondationm at a reasonable price
The ordering of a taxi
Overall: All was as advertised. One niggle was that when I said at 8.00 am on a Thursday, get me a taxi I had to wait 25 minutes for it to arrive and when it did it was a chauffer driven Mercedes, not a black cab as I had intended. The cab would have come much quicker. (97008750)

Location was in a fairly good location for West End etc.
Shower was poor and carpet was light colored showing all marks.
Overall: Fairly good stay, staircase bit confusing, if not using lift could be easy to lose yourself. No refreshment facilities in the room. Reception area and lounge a bit small. And no safe area to leave luggage. Hotel OK for short stay. (97592012)

Very clean, big bathroom, great shower, comfortable beds.
Nothing to complain about except that the lift was a bit slow.
Overall: We found the hotel very well run and the staff were particularly friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms may seem a bit small to American guests but we found them adequate. The continental breakfast was as good as can be expected. Excellent value for money. (99071230)
