close to under ground and restraunts

room to hot even with window open dont think a very good place to stay in hot weather , only one room key and had to be left at respection

No pleasentries, no thank you when I went to pay or being asked if everything had been ok. Please do not let other customers rush her. There was mold on the walls, no mattress protector, the shower was very grim, the carpet was mismatching, there was a business card on a picture for a call girl... Very very poor, definately will not be recommending or calling again.

The room was spacious and the bathroom immaculate and obviously recently modernised

We had to wait ten minutes to check in which was slightly annoying. The service at breakfast was adequate but could have been improved upon, and the towels provided were rather small with no bath mat, the latter of which could be a health and safety issue.

Overall: The hotel was adequate for one night's stay and given the cost was good value for money. The request for a quiet room was not fulfilled which was a pity as there was quite a bit of traffic noise  (107740535)

the shower was hot and the toilet paper was good quality.

Decor,exposed wiring,broken towel rail,loose lid on pedal bin, breakfast -billed as continental but basically cereal and toast (limited portions 2 slices of dull white bread.(or brown)) Heating not well controlled to cold at check in ,heating came on later and was too hot during the night.

Overall: We have nothing else to compare it with in this price range in this location.Other rooms advertised did appear cheaper e.g. easyroom.  (107769880)

ok value for money, good location to station

not a double bed (2 singles together); no toiletries for the use of the bathroom; one plug socket that u couldn't reach the mirror to see anything in; drafty windows; unable to change the volume on the tv; dirty carpets and cold shower with hardly any power to it. plus no member of staff to colpete the check-out process with.
