Waiting staff in restaurant on Friday night were excellent, I stay away and eat out often, the quality of service last Friday night was exceptional, please find a way of passing these comments on, thanks

Why is there a trouser Press & who uses them nowadays??? Would have benefitted more from an Iron & Ironing Board. Also one pack of Biscuits between 2 a bit tight.
Overall: A very pleasant weekend stay. All staff friendly and helpful. Room Clean and tidy Coopers restaurant good value for money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay near Gloucester or Cheltenham. (3304609228)
