Staff were terrific and I was given an upgrade on the room booked.

No lift and two flights of stairs although I was offered another room. One of the mugs in the room was chipped. (forgot to tell the staff). No in hotel dining room for dinner.

Overall: Very good, and very comfortable bed.  (108216879)

Asked for a high floor which we got although no lift so lots of creaky stairs and doors to open.

Water tanks very noisy when neighboor used bathroom. View obscurred by fire escape.

Very friendly waitress at Breakfast and good quality breakfast. Nice location. Friendly and informative check in. Love the whole Horse racing ambience.

Shower water pressure. Room a bit cold in the evening and heating only came on during the night.

Overall: My first choice of hotel in Cheltenham.  (108886888)

The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.

The mugs on the hospitality tray were chipped and the curtains were a little flimsy.

Overall: It was good in the respect that our daughter's wedding was held across the road from the hotel  (107411870)

A wonderful hotel, a lovely warm welcome especially nice to get an upgrade to a fantastic room with a four poster bed.breakfast was delicious & staff very efficient, helpful & friendly.
