Friendly and helpful staff
Shower was temperamental - didn't keep to temperature - either went freezing cold or scalding hot. We did report this to Reception.

Modern hotel, very clean room and good breakfast.
Poor restaurant service, food quality and choice. Also very cold in restaurant. Check in and out was very slow, with a queue of over 12 people when I arrived. Also objected to paying car parking fee for what was an expensive hotel.
Overall: Expensive for quality of service and facilities. Paying for location on quayside, which proved to be noisy with a nightclub next door. (108699696)

How do I add a rating?
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
