Very friendly welcome, nice breakfast, good sized rooms!

Bed linen slightly musty, TV signal faulty, thats all though!

Overall: I'd say that the hotel was exactly as I expected as the website and information we were given was very honest and accurate. The welcome we recieved was very friendly and helpful, we weren't made to feel rushed or that we were an inconvenience (as some hotels make you feel!). The rooms were very clean and tidy, with furniture that was more than ample for our luggage. The only thing I would say is that the bed sheets were slightly musty but after a good airing were soon fine! Not that it was importnant as we were out most of the time, but a couple of the TV channels were missing or very bad signal. However, these are very insignificant things and overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!  (1404684)

good location and nice room

very upset at the lack of parking, I got a parking ticket for £150 as there was no parking available, since this was a Monday night in early March I would never stay there in the busier season

Friendly staff -very helpful. Very central to town and sea front.

Very small room .Shower not working, no heating in bathroom or towel rail.
