where do i start - the staff were rude they shouted across the room when I went to check in, it took me 7 rings on the bell to be served at reception, they were very unhappy that I wanted to check out before 930am (at 9am to be precise)
My room was not clean and there was a packet of used condoms left in there.
The milk provided at breakfast was also gone off.
Overall: The worst hotel I have ever stayed in - whatever you do please stay somewhere else, the staff are rude and the rooms are unhygenic (used condoms) (108945093)

Excellent guest care from staff.
The hotel was not aware I was coming luckily i had my booking sheet, the hotel managment were very helpful.
A showe attachment would ave been useful over the bath for hairwashing, the tap had been blocked off.
