Nice and rather big bathrooms. The man in the reception was very nice and helpful.
The lady in the reception was not very helpful.We did not feel very welcomed.Yhe breakfast was poor.

Reliable and friendly staff. All - important quiet room at night, with HD television. Close to central London and public transport access.
The inclusion of a mini fridge would be a distinct advantage, and perhaps another lift as the one provided can be quite busy during breakfast times.
