lovely hotel. Very stylish and clean. Very comfortable.

I'm sure it was an oversight, but we asked to sit in the window for breakfast so that we could admire the view. I don't know if this put the gentleman out as he had to set the table for us but he then proceeded to ignore us and we had to ask after some time if we could order breakfast. He made me feel that we were not quite well to do enough as he had no problem sitting other guests in the window. As I said it was probably an oversight but was enough to make me feel uncomfortable.

Overall: The delay in our breakfast did not spoil an otherwise excellent stay at the hotel.  (108563250)

Room very nice. Very clean and to a good standard.

No tea or coffee in room when we arrived although this was rectified as soon as we pointed this out. Hotel seems to be geared more towards the elderly.

Overall: Room and general hotel cleanliness very good. Breakfast a little disappointing.  (108269247)

The room did have a sea view but could do with an update...it was described as an executive double but the double bed was very small...was expecting a king size

Had to wait for receptionist to finish her call even although other staff members were around. Went to the bar and the barman finished serving person before me while I waited then rather than ask me what I would like he disappeared saying he was going to get some ice 5 minutes later he came back! Not what I would call service.

Overall: Fine ..just don't expect upmarket  (107823846)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
