Good traditional Hotel minutes walk from Newcastle under Lyme Town centre and the New Victoria Theatre.

Annexe rooms could do with some updating ..but hey for the price including a full english breakfast who's complaining !

The receptionist was very friendly and the hotel was quiet, clean and tidy. The room was comfortable.

The decor of the room was very old. The bathroom suite was worn and a bit dingy. The lighting in the room was not sufficient.

Overall: The hotel was clean and comfortable, but in need of modernisation. I would not recommend this to people, especially not for £60 a night.  (107790319)

Staff were friendly, room was clean as was bathroom

check-in could have been better handled. Noise from traffic was annoying and meant an early morning call was unneccesary!

Overall: adequate facilities for a brief overnight stay.  (107704983)
