The breakfast service was excellent.

It is a noisy hotel as they have a pub on the premises downstairs. The staff seem to be too busy in the pub and do not give enough attention to their lodgers. The room was not properly cleaned on a daily basis and the beds were not properly made up. I really do not understand why they call themselves the friendliest hotel in Luton, as we found the staff was not very helpful. We also sent them a query e-mail before we arrived (1 week before) and it was never answered!

Overall: I would not recommend it to anybody else. And I certainly will not go back!  (107565816)

Helpful friendly staff. Sunday lunch was excellent.

No hot food available saturday evening at the moment. Thin walls, loud couple next door in early hours of morning, bed banging if you know what I mean!

Very pleasant room with plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Lack of receptionist and no plugs avaialable for kettle in the room.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
