The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was delightful

Overall: A most delightful hotel to stay at, staff very friendly and imformative. The 1800 building was nice and many of the features were along that line but modern so that they were enjoyable. Situated in the town centre and just what I required as I my journey was by train. (1671404)

good location
Car parking is limited and could be a problem when small number of spaces opposite are exhausted. Courtyard was inaccessible during our stay. Water pressure to shower insufficient.

All facilities provided in the room were excellent. The bedroom and the all the public areas of the hotel were very clean. The management and the staff were very friendly. A good breakfast was provided.
Overall: I was very happy with the hotel facilities. The staff was excellent and friendly. I hope to visit the same place again. (108631386)

Good reception, clean room with much space and good beds.
Room can have a fresh up. Wall paper was coming down and the tv was very old and had little options. But these are luxury items.
Overall: We have had a good stay and the staff did their job very well. Hotel is very near all shops and restaurants. (107610574)
