Location, friendliness, practical facilities in room

Noisy when Xmas party disco started up immediately below at 10pm!

Convenient for University. Decent bed. Very friendly staff.

Main complaint: I asked for and was reserved a Non-Smoking room. However, the tobacco stench in the room was quite intense and, had the window not been open for the whole night, would have made one sick.

no convenient lift for room; 'up and down ' nature of corridors - difficult with luggage
