All the staff, at all levels were pleasant,helpful and smartly turned out - The chef must be especially congratulated on the quality of the food. The meals we had were some of the best we have ever had in any hotel.

toilet broke (old and dilapidated) but i managed to fix myself, fan made a horrible noise in toilet. Cooked breakfast not the best (but managed to finish it all).

Clean, well equipt rooms. Good restaurant. Good location in Poole; 5mins walk to stadium, 10mins to town centre shopping, 15mins to harbour bars & restaurants.
