Everything except the breakfast - fantastic rooms

Breakfast was disappointing. Items cooked to order but even though we appeared to be the only guests it was dry and overcooked. Very little choice apart from cooked, just cereals,fruit salad and toast (no pastries/croissants).

Lovely location and good facilities. The function room where the dinner was held was excellent.

Glasses and cutlery from the previous guests was still outside our room when we arrived.

Overall: Very nice, would certainly stay again if ever in the area.  (107950315)

Bartle Hall's staff were friendly & accommodating. Great setting in well-maintained grounds in a quiet spot. Only the sounds of the birds could disturb me.

As a midweek guest I was rattling round this hotel. Indeed I didn't see any other guest during my stay. The evening meal was fine but perhaps a tad overpriced for what it was,
