the food was very good and the wine selection excellent
please clean the fag ends off the balcony and then the outside of the balcony would look better

Overall: The location as excellent, the room was a little small but the view over the harbour made up for that. Food and staff could not be faulted.

A first class hotel, clean, quiet, spectacular views of Poole harbour. Breakfast excecellent, lady in charge very pleasant. Room in very good order.
Expensive per night if not internet 'deal'. Dinner restaurant service sloppy. Food ok but not justifying quite high costs...there again probably 20% of the bill is for the view. Lift out of order.
Overall: I'd stay again but probably eat out

Excellent location and fab views from restaurant and terrace
our room had no sea view and was a bit dark
would prefer selection of bread rather then just toast for breakfast
