Accomadation for the star rating was fantastic, clean, good breakfast, Very helpful staff.

The stairs were a bit narrow and steep, had to ask for tea making facilities.

Overall: A great place for a weekend break or short stay, Clean and tidy, very helpful staff, great location, tram just outside and it is only a 15min walk to area with bars and restaurants, Great breakfast plenty to choose from, Went with group of girlfriends for friends 40th birhday, would definatley stay again if ever to visit.  (99490300)

The staff was very nice and didn't hurry us to our room. They asked a bit about what we were doing so they could give us some advise which was awesome. After we checked out we got lost and not knowing what to do we returned and asked for help from a staff member we had never seen and they let us use the internet and print directions without any questions asked free of charge.

Booked a room for a double size bed, instead got one with two twin beds. But we were allowed to move the beds together ...but closers always better anyways, so we left them.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
